Refund Policy:

We understand that there can be instances in which you need to ask for a refund. We offer a brief and transparent refund policy in order to make the transaction easy and stress-free for you.

Jackets MOB offers customers who fit the criteria for full or partial refunds:

  • The garment you ordered arrived in damaged condition.
  • Your order has been confirmed, but the item or items you ordered are now no longer available.
  • The package was delivered to the wrong address.

Note: We cannot give refunds on made to order jackets because it is specially stitched for you.

Verified Customers that have to qualify the criteria to get a refund:

  • Please get in touch with us right away if you experience any problems with your order. We will provide a refund after we receive the damaged jacket along with the return slip or tracking information.
  • The shipment must be sent in the exact same condition that it was originally received. Our team will reject the transaction if there is any cause for concern.
  • All tags and details must be attached to the jacket when it is returned.
  • To qualify, customers have to contact us by email within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • For the best results, email us as soon as you identify a problem.

Please be understanding that because we receive so many emails every day, it can take up to 24 hours for us to respond. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.

Return or Exchange:

We work constantly to give our customers a perfect and amazing shopping experience. We provide a simple procedure for returns and exchanges since we understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes happen. The following requirements must be met by clients in order to be eligible for any of these alternatives:

If a customer experiences any of the following circumstances, they may return or exchange their purchase:

  • They typically receive the wrong item or something that is not what they actually ordered. “Kindly note that there is no refund or exchange on the like or dislike of the garment”.
  • They received the wrong size from us.
  • We will replace it if the customer informs us within 30 days of receiving the products, however, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Note: Within the next 7 to 9 business days, your shipment’s number for tracking will be generated. You will get an email notification with the tracking details as soon as the tracking number is created. You have to know that all the garment on our website is made to order, and none of the jackets are ready-made. As soon as we get confirmation of your order, we will start manufacturing your jacket, and send it right away to the given location when it is ready.
